2.Be up to sth             در فکر انجام کاری بودن_برنامه ای در سر داشتن

example:_what are you up to for today bro?

             _Just chilling

3.What"s got into you?          تو چت شده؟

example:_There are five typing errors on the first page alone.What"s got into you?

            _Sorry,sir.

4.Take one"s mind off sth       به چیزی فکر نکردن

example:_Come on,Ross!you,me,Joey,ice,guys" night out,come on,what do you say,big guy huh?

            _Alright,maybe it"ll take my mind off it.

5.Go through hell          پدر کسی درآمدن

example:_I went through hell last night and it was my fault cause I let people do it to me.

6.Make lame excuses          عذر و بهانه ی بیجا آوردن

example:_So you"re Julie"s date,huh?

            _No,I"m just...I just came here,I was looking for an owl,

            _Ha ha,you don"t have to make lame excuses.

7.You are sure you"re cool with this?         مطمئن هستی برات مشکلی نداره؟

example:_So the party starts at 7.You could be at my dad"s house by 6?

            _Sure.

            _You"re sure you"re cool with this?

            _Are you kidding me?

8.Get sth straight           مسئله ای رو روشن کردن

example:_Look,there"s smoke.That"s his herd right up the hill.We should return him.

            _Let"s get something straight here,ok?There is no "we".There never was a "we".

9.Break it up            تمومش کنین

example:_Are you telling me what I"m gonna be doing here,numb-nuts?

            _You heard me.

            _Hey,hey,hey,come one,break it up!

10.Look blue          خیلی غمگین به نظر رسیدن

example:_Hey,where are you going?

            _Nowhere

            _Gee!He looks blue.
